The Law Firm of Yuan Jiang, P.C. has a strong team consisting of talented attorneys with rich practical experiences. All of our leading attorneys, Yuan Jiang, Esq., Brian Levy, Esq., Neha Kala, Esq., and, Weiyu (Livia) Li, Esq., graduated from law schools in the United States. Yuan Jiang, Esq., the managing attorney, holds a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University, a Master degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a dual Bachelor degree in Computer and Mathematical Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Yuan Jiang, Esq. also studied Master in Liberal Arts in Extension Studies, Finance at Harvard University.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Yuan Jiang, Esq. had worked as software engineer at Wall Street's leading investment bank Morgan Stanley. He designed and implemented a cutting-edge, and large-scale new account opening system for Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management division, which improved the operation performance of the investment bank. Yuan Jiang, Esq. also worked as software engineer at world-renowned auction house Sotheby's. Through his professional experience on Wall Street, Yuan Jiang, Esq. developed a considerable knowledge and understanding of financial markets. Thereafter, he attended law school to become an attorney. Yuan Jiang, P.C. is conveniently located at Sunset Park, near the center of Chinese immigrant community in Brooklyn, New York. Yuan Jiang is the founder of Yuan Jiang, P.C. Mr. Jiang is licensed in State of New York State, New Jersey, and U.S. Federal Courts (EDNY, SDNY, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and United States Court of Appeals for Eleventh Circuit), and has Pro Hac Vice experience representing clients in Courts in different states. Mr. Jiang has dual B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, Master's degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, studied Master in Liberal Arts in Extension Studies, Finance at Harvard University, and Juris Doctor from Michigan State University.
Attorney Jiang is experienced in immigration law, criminal defense, civil litigation, contracts, and trademark registration and protection. Mr. Jiang had worked for investment bank Morgan Stanley on Wall Street and renowned auction house Sotheby's.

Neha Kala is admitted to practice in New York State. She graduated cum laude from The University of Mississippi School of Law, and since graduating, she has practiced immigration law. Neha has extensive experience successfully representing clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Neha is fluent in English and Hindi and conversational in Urdu and Punjabi.
Weiyu (Livia) Li

Weiyu Li earned her Bachelor degree of law from Law School in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and her LLM degree from Emory University School of Law.
Ms. Li specializes in real estate transactions, including Coops, Condos and Residentials buy and sale in New York, she also focuses in Title due diligence, Deed Transfer, contract negotiation and closings.
Currently, Ms. Li also assists attorneys in immigration cases, civil litigations and criminal cases.
Jack Yang
Legal Analyst
Jack Yang earned his Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science & Economics from Baruch College and a Full Stack Developer certificate from Columbia University only two and a half years after high school. In addition to his intense study in the US, he also completed a semester abroad at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Prior to joining Yuan Jiang, P.C., Jack had two years of experiences working in Accounting, CIS, and Statistics departmental labs at Zicklin School of Business. Currently, Jack assists attorneys in real estate, contracts, criminal, civil litigation, and immigration cases.
